Day 87: Apr 5- "Cook dat chicken boy!"

So today wasnt the average sunday

yes I did go to church

[the only times we dont go to church is if there is a hurricane(& even then we watch church on TV)]

but after church we had a cookout

I thought that it was going to just be 

My family with Brother Mike along with his family

but somehow other folks got invited

& it was all good because they are some funny folks.

I had to end the at home partyin early

because I had plans on hitting up 

STUDIO INC!!!

boy oh boy

Im not that much of a "going out" kinda guy

but it was so live in there

some how I ended up getting there at the same time

as Kiara, Monica, & Whitney

& once I found them

We ran into... THE SOLO CREW  & THEM CAVITY KIDDS

LOL

actually I knew they were going to be there

but still the point is they were

[Kenz got in cause he knew a bouncer, & curbed us LOL(JK)]

but I got to the front of the line thanks to 

Shawnte!

it was a grrr8 NIGHT!!!

Day 86: Apr 4th "Chillian Like a Villian"

Do I even need to bother 

to explain hiw my saturday began?..

if your frequent vistor 

you know that Saturdays dont start till about 11am

& there's never supposed to be plans for a saturday

you just go with the flow or do nothing

This week I opt'd to do nothing

& it was great

I sat on the computer

& youtub'd!!!!!

thatrs that good life right there.

& there are so many entertaining videos on youtube

here are a few that I watched

I watched too many to post,

but you get the jist.

after all of my youtubing

I decided "ITS TIME TO GET UP OUT THIS HOUSE"

& the boys were feelin' it to

so Hatchet, Lip, & myself

decided to do something, we didnt care what it was

aslong as it didnt involve us sitting home

so we went to Citrus for like 6min

then Wal-Mart

[the dude on one of the weight set boxes looked JUST LIKE TYREE]

then we that McD Life..

& ended the night by going to

Nudie's house.

[going to his house helped prove the point on why we cal him that]

& thats my Saturday

Day 85: Apr 3- "Back to the Old Days"

YAYr SPRING BREAK!!!


i was supposed to work tonight
but due to the fact that
I was supposed to fact that I didnt have my uniform
& I didnt get my badge registered to park for free...
I had to wait..

so i decided to chill
since I'm not going to be able to do that
much more of it being that i have a job now

& I did something I havent done in a while...
I sat in my room
Sew'd & watched MTv
I usta do this all the time
but when I started chillin with 4CT$ & going out more
it kinda ceased to just a Tuesday thing
but I loved the moment
I came up with this little number

but its gonna be quite revealing
but not in a tacky skank way!

Day 84: Apr 4- "Working Man"

So today was the final
nail in the coffin for my life of unemployment
everything is set for my job
WOO HOO!!
I got my badge & I passed all the required test!!

The middle schoolers came today
but I didnt get to see Marlesia while she was
there because I was at the airport...
I dont think I would have known what to do
if I had seen Marlesia at Alonso..
AKWARD!!!

after school there
was a fight....
between 2 individuals I'll leave un named
& the location as well I'll leave un named
but to say the least about the girl that I know...
SHE MURKED THAT GIRL!!
it was so terrible
I was trying to prevent it...
but somethings are just not avoidable
I was moving to slow
the other girls faace looked like this

it was brutal LOL


I had practice tonight with
Outbreak
but I had promised SOLO
that I would come support them for the
Faces Talent Show
so i did
even thought it took me like 10min to find the gym
once I was at USF
& I was next to it the whole time.
but They did the dizzle
they didnt win but they still did the thang!!

Day 83: Apr 1st- "Whata Fool"

So I got all of my test
& foolishness out of the way
& now all I have to do is wait for spring break..
Yippity DOO DAH!!

But today is
April Fools
which made it a great day to breakup
with my "Girlfriend"
today just seemed like a great day to do it because of the irony
If your thinking
"WHAT?! mark had a girlfriend?!"
Dont fault yourself
she wasnt much of one
it was time to move on!!


other great news for today..
I WON THE FASHION FORWARD COMPETITION!!!
for the LOCAL PART!!!

Now I go to nationals in CHICAGO for a chance to compete for a
FULL RIDE SCHOLARSHIP!!!
& i'll get to keep the $5,000
for winning the local part
when the guy called me I thought it was a joke
but it was the real deal hollyfield!!
I'm so excited!!

Day 82: Mar 31- "Harriet Tubman"

So the oddest thing happened today
I wasnt feeling the best today
but I fought threw it

& when I got home,
I got on the comp
So I could Blog, Myspace, style.com
etc, Etc.

& when my dad got home at aroung.. 5ish
he told me to go get my room clean
cause it was a mess LOL
so I went in my room
& observed the mess and realized that I was going to need to take it in for a moment
so I laid on my bed

& OUT OF NO WHERE...
it was 9:15 LOL
I had fallen asleep and didnt mean to! LOL
room still a mess
so I tried to get up but it wasnt happenin
3min
it was 6:35am& time to go to sleep

I FELL ASLEEP TWICE with OUT TRYING TOO!!
LOOLL
It reminded me of Harriet Tubman in that movie
when she would have "sleepin spells"


It was the best night rest I've ever gotten
& that was the jist of my day LOL!

today..

WE got back the couple pic
that was apart of the ticket fee for prom
& I wasnt sure what to expect from the pic
because Kiara & I took the pic at the end of the nigh
& we both had sweated a tad bit
BUT!
WE WAS STILL ON POINT IN THE PIC!!

Day 80: Mar 29- "Double Shot of Jesus"

Every Once in a while
there are occurences when we have
2 service to attend within one sunday

& Today was one of them
it may sound like
an "OMG" moment
but it not that bad
its not like were there the whole time

but after our first service if the day
we went to


I love there buffalo wraps
with no cole slaw & Blue cheese instead of Ranch!
you better learn about it

& then it was time for the second service
my dad had to do an Instillation service
for one of churchs thats under the FBCM Fellowship
Great service
you dont know singing until you've been to a black church
the black church houses some of the best undiscovered singer
& most of them I say 80% just like to sing & dont wanna do it professionally
thats what makes them so great at it

Day79: Mar 28th-"Bowl as a WHOLE"

Back to my normal saturday
I didnt wake up till like
11 somethin' on the verge of 12
& it felt GREAT!!
when I tell you I dont like waking up on saturdays
please believe thats real life!

but this saturday was a lil different
I was sleeping out of laziness
but for relaxing purposes
because for some reason all that
WUTANG'n I was doing last night caught up to me
I was feeling so sick, & my shoulder was in pain..
so the rest helped me get well

but today was also
Bowl as a Whole
it started @3
but people were thinkin' @ 7
bet got there @ 4
talk about CPT
I didnt Bowl well the 1st 2 games
but I won the last 2 so thats all that matters

Day 78: Mar 27 -"His return is Near"

I dont know whats in the water

in theWestChase/Town&Country/Timberlane 

ares of tampa.

But the Youth of these neighborhoods need to stop driinking it

I dont know if it has anything to do with the 

Water Sanitation plan on Waters & Sheldon that has a stinch

thats indescribable

but whatever it is we gotta find it

because today at ALonso

it was PURE HELL!!

there was like 

3 Fight

4 Cars got broken into[one of which they smashed the window]

some girls got caught smokin weed, & then they ran

for a minute I thought I was at Middleton

cause it was some Goon Action occuring LOL

I felt so urban! LOOOLL

I tried to be more civalized after school

so i decided to go to a Fashion Show @ Sickles

that Mailyn the Prom Queen invited me too

but that didnt help 

cause the fashion show was so tacky & border line urban

cause for some odd reason the girls that to be models

they had too walk extra bouncy & contort there faces into "Fierce" LOOKS

bad mistake, & there clothes didnt match the themes for the show that well

so TACKALICOUS LOL

after the show

Jordan & Jasmine

decided that we should stop by this little party

that was in the plantation...

I didnt know the person whose party it was

so i wasnt really down for going

but I said "What the Hey! WHY NOT!"

so we went

but I vowed that I was going to dance

because I didnt know the people & if I out danced someone 

I didnt wanna start an altercation..

so once we were inside we decided we would make Camp by the door

since we didnt know anybody, & I was thinking that this was going to be a Multicultural Party...

WHY DO I DECIEVE MYSELF!!

WALL TO WALL!! Black Folk!

I guess I should have known when the neighborhood was called plantation...

The music was on point though

the highlight of the night was when the mother of the paty girl came out

and said the food was ready to be eatin, 

& that if they wanted a plate they had to dance LOL

EVERYBODY LEARNED A 2 Step real quick

& the things those girls were making there butts do

was like Video Vixens in training...

so raunchy

the party made me feel that I was officially

Day 77: Mar 26th "Whatevah Imma do what I want"

Senior Assembly's...

they always make me feel one step closer

to May 28th, The SunDome @ 3pm

aka Graduation

at Todays senior assembly

all they pretty much did was set in stone

the rules for graduation.

stuff like,

gotta have X amount of credits

& a 2.0 GPA

no noise makers

etc etc

but the thing that got me was

you cant throw your CAP!

I Paid $75 for this dag on cap 7 & gown

& YOUR GONNA TELL ME I CANT DO AS I PLEASE WITH IT
I had gotten over the fact that i couldnt Wu-Tang with it as I got my Diploma

but my hat....

& there excuse was it could hurt somebody, by hitting them in the eye..

well then dont  look up

then they said there's a graduation right after & they dont wanna have to clean up hats...

IM NOT GONNA LEAVE THE HAT! & if you'd like I'll attach it to a string LOL

 I think this is just another way for the man to keep me down

Day 76: Mar 25th- "I am Honor"

Another day report cards
this year has been so ridiculous
it seems like out of no where
I have redeemed me old crown of
Honoroller
Cause I've not seen a C or D
this whole year
it so amazing
Im proud of myself
but I'm sure my parents are even prouder! =]

being that I got Honor roll

I attended a- nother A Team meeting

they're not worth writing back 

because they are all the same

the only difference between this one and the last one is

The hamburgers were grosser, we got ice cream sandwiches, & the lady made it rain.. LOL

she use the chick-fil-a coupons!

Day 75: Mar.24 – “Camille is Eve’s Cousin”

I know I had said the other day

That I had finished my sketch for the

Fashion Forward Competitin

But I was battling with the fact of whether or not it looked

"professional"

To leave it with the curved cut that I had put in it

But when I cam to the final decision

I decided to re do it

I'm quite glad that I did

Cause it came out better

It looks exactly the same

But with more detail.

& I used Prisma markers instead of water colors

It looks SUPERB!!!

& I plan on dropping it off after school.

Speaking of after school…

Little Ms Camille Gayle..

Tells me "Mark Can you take me to Jefferson for the Trackmeet?"

So I was like sure, Why not, cause she told me that she

Couldn't ride the bus with the team cause she was an alternate

& only the definite runners could ride the bus.

But the "definite" runners bus left at like….

12:30.. so I asked her "camillie why is the bus leaving so early"

To which Camille replys "because they couldn't get a bus at a later time cause the meet starts at the same time that school would be getting out"

Made since to me so I believed her

So the end of the day comes..

We get to Jefferson

& then Camille gets out the car with no bag that shows she was going to change to run….

So I say "Camille where your running clothes?.."

To which she replies "….uuhhh, my brother [sean gayle] has them inside"

Made since to me….

THEN SOMETHING CLICKED IN MY MIND!...

SHE Uhh'd which means she was working up something to say…

& THEN I REALIZED

THIS LIL GIRL DON' LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO DROP HER OFF!!!

& she was so sneaky & believable

Now I see how Adam fell to eve!!

Day 74: Mar. 23rd “The Forgettable Monday”

I try to do my best to write things as they happen

But some times that doesn’t always happen

& some how I forgot everything that happened Today

Cause there was really nothing

EXCITING & WILD!!!

But I can say that the kids at my church

Were off the chain tonight

Not in a bad way

But in a humorous entertaining way

For Example:

Jamal & Zsade were arguing [as usual] over something petty

& Jamal was trying to get away from Zsade

[Cause she was about to attack]

And as he walked pass this kidd, Zsade swung at him

& knocked the kids Nachos ALL over the place.

So today was another day of
GOOD OL’
CHURCH!!!
The usual!!
But today was a tad bit different
Because some body rented our church this afternoon to have a concert
[my church seats like 1200 people, so that’s why they rent it]
But these people have rented my church before
& it seemed like they had every group in Tampa
That has ever sang about Jesus there…
It was so intense
& out of no where one of the groups asked me to get up
& dance while they sing…
It wasn’t the easiest song to dance too…
But sometimes you gotta work with what you got
I SURVIVED it
& then left immediately
That was pretty much the highlight of my day..

Day 72: Mar 21- “New Port here I Come”

So this morning I had to wake up early…
AGAIN!!!

For a second week in a row!!!!

It was so ridiculous!!!

I didn’t wanna wake up early

but in the great words of Tommy pickles…

“A babies gotta do what a babies gotta do”

the driving class was at

So we got to eat … YUM!!

It was the most akward situation cause there was maybe 3 teens

In a room of about 30 adults

& it was never there faults when it actually was

peoples reasoning’s are so off!!

But I did my time

& got my certificate

Chilled for a lil bit

Then headed to NEW PORT RICHEY

Cause the solo crew invited me to new port to judge a dancing contest

I decided to ride with Monica & Key-Aw-Duh

Cause my cars not in the best condition LOL

But to my surprise we had to pick up Loren, Monster, & k.Phang

… That definitely made us late!!

& I was supposed to be a judge

so I call Kenz, he tells me pretty much, “no judging for you”

but, I was too crunk, so I went anyway!

I GPS’d it, but my phone was acting ridonkulous

At the time that I needed it..

But I knew that we had to go straight out Hillsborough

On the way straight out we stopped to ask an officer if we were in the right direction..

&We were

But once we actually go to New Port…

We didn’t know where to go

Cause the directions were so vague

So we met up with Kenz to find “The Club”

But to my surprise NO OnE Was there YET! LOL

So Kenz let me judge anyway

It started out slow but it got poppin…

SAM FREEMAN!! Aka RAZZ DAZZ

Did his dizzle dizzle sha bang bang

On the floor

I wish you could have been there to experience his BBOY DROP!!

Insane!

The chick that battle Kiarra was a disappointment..

& her friends were SO URBAN!!

They had on Black Lip liner with black lipstick!!!

& sneaker heels!!!!!

CHONGAS!!

AHHHH!! ATROSIOUS!!!

But Kiara murked her!

But the dude that was hosting looked like a

BUSTED never made it Bubba Sparks

& told me that I need to chill out because he had the final say on who won…

I was about to CHRIS BROWN ‘em

But I let em go this time
